Ayrshire training provider JB Management has been awarded the prestigious Investors in People gold award.

Investors in People (IIP) is a nationally recognised framework that helps organisations to improve their performance and realise their objectives through the effective management and development of their people.
Gold is the highest level of IIP recognition which organisations can achieve and is only awarded to those which operate at the pinnacle of people management best practice.
Of the over 24,000 organisations that have been awarded IIP in the UK, just 1.2% have achieved Gold.
JB Management is also delighted to announce that it has been awarded the Investors in Young People award, which recognises and promotes employers working with young people.
JB Management is the 11th organisation in the country to achieve this prestigious award and the 1st training provider.
IIYP is focused on the recruitment and the further development of young people within an organisation.
JB Management chairman Bill Ure explained: “These awards are particularly welcome at this time as we are celebrating our 20th anniversary as a company.”
Chic Brodie MSP presented the award to JB Management at a recent celebratory lunch at their head office in Wellington Square, Ayr.
